About the Event
If jumping in on paddle board yoga is a bit daunting for you or you just want to learn to paddle, join us for these four weeks of paddle at a discounted price! ($13 per visit). The dates are updated to Sept. 14 until Oct. 5th! You will receive education about the paddle board, how to maneuver on the water and then a cruise around the lake...that progresses each week. By the end, you will find that you are much more comfortable on the boards. Before you know it, you will be working to prefect a pin point turn and ... maybe even tree pose on the paddle board. Say what?? Yes, you can get there! Join us for four weeks after school!
