Glisten Tri takes the triathlon experience and wraps it in nature. You will swim a quarter mile in fresh clean water, bike seven (7) miles through the woods and run three (3) miles on a trail that loops the shimmering water. 

If you would rather not swim, the Glisten duathlon will begin with a one mile run around the lake, followed by seven (7) miles on the bike trails and finishes with a three (3) mile run.

Swim, bike, done.  If you are looking forward to the Aqua Bike, you will swim a quarter mile followed by a seven (7) mile bike ride on the trails. Then, you are DONE!

Important Note: You will require a USAT triatholon license before you register. If you do not have one, an event specific license may be purchased directly through Team USA Triatholon Membership Services. 

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of insurance, processing fees, etc. There are no hidden costs added during the registration process. 

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to participate.  

Spectators

Spectators are welcome at no cost but must register and sign a spectator’s waiver on site at the event. 

Awards

Awards will be granted to overall winners male and female as well as the top 3 in each age group as follows:  13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-40, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+ 

Award ceremony will be at or around 10AM
