About the Event
Come for a one hour class on the beach. Feel free to bring a yoga mat if you have one. We can supply if needed. We will light the fires. You will enjoy breath, movement and moments of relaxation on the beach. Free free to stay after to hang out in the hammocks or bring some food to share. Keep in mind another class will begin on the beach at 6PM.
If you want to... bring clothing that is good for a hike (can get muddy), water bottle, and a bit of grit. We have bathrooms, changing rooms and beach blankets. Take a deep breath, find a friend to ride with and be courageous.
