About the Event
Leave your troubles behind and join us a day retreat. Imagine the water, the breeze and some moments of silence. A relaxing meditative hike in amoung the tall pines. Admission cost is covered by the school. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or order a lunch from @goodbeet.

➡️ If you are interested in swimming or boating: life jackets required (will supply if needed).
➡️ Pack up all your favorite beach stuff, flip flops, sunblock, bug spray, towel and suit. It's gonna be an awesome day to paddle, practice yoga, hike, reflect and just chill on the beach.
