[private] Mock Tri the Lake - Balance Chestnut Hill

Pack your bag. Keep it interesting: Swim cap, goggles, suit, swim buoy (we have some to borrrow), towel, socks and sneakers... maybe some sunblock and bug spray. We provide the lake, the lifeguards, the boards and the trail. You will set up your transition on the beach -- with a water bottle, fuel, sneakers, socks, hat etc... After swimming a 1/4 mile to the other end of the lake, we will take off your swim buoy, get on a paddle board and paddle (you may sit, stand or even lie down) the 1/4 back to the beach. Once you arrive at the beach you will put on your socks and sneakers and enjoy a mile trail run around the lake. No times/results. Just fun. Swim. Paddle. Run. Done. (Athletes from Balance CH: age 12+)
