Envision yourself fully unplugged from social media and the world for a day. We invite you to join us as HADUKO and Glisten band together to create an event which brings forward mindfulness and nature using yoga and martial arts as our catalysts for movement and mind-body connection.
With over 130+ acres of Montana - ish woods and a quarter mile long lake, Glisten is a perfect place for you to escape to. Expect to encounter moment of mindfulness, beautiful water, calming tree lines, and body movement.
