About the Event
RELAY: Swim 1/4 mile, paddle 1/4 mile and run one mile. Simply build a team composed of 2 to 5 friends and complete the circuit as many times as possible in 2 hours (4PM-6PM). One athlete will take each leg in each circuit (decide as a team which athlete takes on each leg of the circuit). During registration, you will be required to input each team member's name, age and email address.
*Note: All participants will receive an athlete's guide appoximately one week prior to the event.

Tri the Lake Relay: 2-5 people
Start: 3PM Finish: 6PM -- One circuit = 1/4 mile swim. 1/4 mile paddle. 1 mile trail run. How many times can your team complete the circuit within three hours? One athlete completes one leg of the circuit at a time... in whatever order you wish. During the down time... chill on the beach.
