Service Description

Come enjoy an open water swim within the three hour window and put your endurance to the test on the beautiful quarter mile long spring fed lake. BONUS: feel free to take a run or bike on the trails before or after your swim. Be sure to let us know you plan when you book your class. Every swimmer must wear a Swim Wave Buoy (see pix-will will provide if needed). Before swimming in open water, you should be able to swim for ten minutes with little to no rest.
